These Terms of Use govern your use of Amena, a Christian prayer application developed by Louis Blankaert. By downloading or using Amena, you agree to these terms.
Amena grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Amena offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
Prayers generated by Amena are created using AI (Google Gemini) and are intended for personal, devotional use. They are not a substitute for Scripture, pastoral guidance, or theological authority.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
Amena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
